Fot++ samlar inte in, lagrar eller överför personuppgifter om användaren till utvecklaren.
Appen används lokalt på enheten. Träningsval, inställningar och egna program sparas på användarens enhet och skickas inte till utvecklaren.
Köp och abonnemang hanteras av Apple via App Store eller av Google via Google Play, beroende på vilken plattform appen används på. Utvecklaren får inte tillgång till användarens betalningsuppgifter.
Information som Apple eller Google behandlar i samband med köp, betalningar och abonnemang omfattas av respektive företags villkor och integritetspolicy.

Appens användningsområde
Fot++ är ett hjälpmedel för hundträning inom tävlingslydnad och brukslydnad. Appen ger träningsprogram och muntlig kommendering, men ersätter inte gällande regelverk, instruktioner från tränare eller användarens eget ansvar.
All träning och användning av appen sker på eget ansvar. Utvecklaren ansvarar inte för träningsresultat, tävlingsresultat eller skador på hundar, människor, egendom eller utrustning som uppstår i samband med användningen av appen.
Abonnemang
Tillgång till appens abonnemangsfunktioner kräver ett årsabonnemang.
Abonnemanget förnyas automatiskt för en ny abonnemangsperiod om det inte sägs upp före förnyelsedatumet.
Betalning och hantering av abonnemanget sker via App Store eller Google Play, beroende på var abonnemanget köptes.
Abonnemanget kan hanteras och sägas upp i användarens abonnemangsinställningar hos Apple eller Google. Tillgången kvarstår till slutet av den redan betalda perioden.
Att radera appen innebär inte att abonnemanget sägs upp.
Priset och övriga köpvillkor visas i App Store eller Google Play samt i appen innan köpet bekräftas.
Licens- och butiksvillkor
För användning av iOS-versionen gäller även Apples standardavtal för licensierade appar:
För Android-versionen gäller även tillämpliga villkor för Google Play.
Innehåll och immateriella rättigheter
Appen och dess innehåll tillhör utvecklaren eller används med erforderligt tillstånd.
Appens innehåll får inte kopieras, ändras, distribueras, säljas vidare eller göras tillgängligt för andra utöver vad som följer av normal personlig användning av appen eller tillämplig lag.
Tillgänglighet och förändringar
Utvecklaren strävar efter att hålla appen fungerande och aktuell men garanterar inte att den alltid är tillgänglig, fri från fel eller kompatibel med alla framtida versioner av operativsystemen.
Appens funktioner och innehåll kan ändras eller uppdateras över tid.
Ändringar av villkoren
Dessa villkor kan uppdateras vid behov. Den senaste versionen finns tillgänglig via appen eller på denna webbsida.

Fot++ does not collect, store, or transmit personal data about the user to the developer.
The app operates locally on the device. Training selections, settings, and custom programmes are stored on the user’s device and are not sent to the developer.
Purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple through the App Store or by Google through Google Play, depending on the platform on which the app is used. The developer does not receive access to the user’s payment details.
Information processed by Apple or Google in connection with purchases, payments, and subscriptions is governed by the respective company’s terms and privacy policy.

By downloading or using Fot++, you agree to these Terms of Use.
Purpose of the app
Fot++ is a training aid for competitive obedience and working-dog obedience. The app provides training programmes and spoken steward commands, but it does not replace applicable competition rules, guidance from a trainer, or the user’s own responsibility.
All training and use of the app are undertaken at the user’s own responsibility. The developer is not responsible for training results, competition results, or injury or damage to dogs, people, property, or equipment arising in connection with the use of the app.
Subscription
Access to the app’s subscription features requires an annual subscription.
The subscription renews automatically for another subscription period unless it is cancelled before the renewal date.
Payment and subscription management are handled through the App Store or Google Play, depending on where the subscription was purchased.
The subscription can be managed or cancelled through the user’s Apple or Google subscription settings. Access remains available until the end of the period already paid for.
Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
The applicable price and other purchase terms are displayed in the App Store or Google Play and in the app before the purchase is confirmed.
Licence and store terms
Use of the iOS version is also subject to Apple’s standard agreement for licensed applications:

Content and intellectual property
The app and its content belong to the developer or are used with the required permission.
The app’s content may not be copied, modified, distributed, resold, or otherwise made available to others beyond normal personal use of the app or as permitted by applicable law.

The developer aims to keep the app functional and up to date but does not guarantee that it will always be available, free from errors, or compatible with all future versions of the operating systems.
The app’s functions and content may be changed or updated over time.
